Chattanooga

December 28-30 was a youth conference in Chattanooga, TN, and Riley, Shannon and I went with a group from church. We left from the Southards early Friday, stopped in Nashville and got to Chattanooga around six.

Shannon, Allie and Elizabeth hanging out between sessions.

I really don't think there's anything to be said about this one.

Allie, Shannon and Anna playing with Shan's phone on the way to dinner.

Saturday afternoon we went to Rock City, at the top of Lookout Mountain in Georgia.

How's that for a view?

Apparently, you can see seven states from here.

Sunday afternoon we stopped in Nashville and visited the Opryland Hotel. It was absolutely beautiful and I took gobs of pictures, but this is the only one with nearly everybody.

I like how Allie's head makes the sign say, "Rock Citv". Are you going to send the group any more?

Did you know that the people sitting behind us in the first picture had the last name Parrish? except, it was spelled with 2 R's, so they were not true Parishes.

In that pic us us at Opry Land, I was convincing Ri to give me $8. It worked, too, but I'm soooooo nice, I just laughed and didn't pilfer her prized possessions.
